Passenger van in Chakwal falls into ditch killing seven
CHAKWAL (Dunya News) - A tragic accident took place in Ejazabad area of Chakwal Monday morning. In the accident, seven people were killed and 18 others injured when a passenger van fell into a ditch.
As soon as the accident was reported, rescue teams rushed to the scene and started rescue operation. They transported the dead bodies and the injured to the nearest hospital by ambulance.
Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has expressed grief over the loss of precious human lives, conveying his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the bereaved families.
The CM directed that the injured should be provided the best medical facilities and sought a report from the authorities on the accident.
