Sheikh Rashid proposes to allow Nawaz to address APC

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has suggested that former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif should be allowed to address the All Parties Conference (APC) as no major decision will be taken in the conference.

Speaking exclusively on Dunya News program "Ikhtalafi Note", the Federal Minister for Railways said that he was in favor of showing the speeches of fugitives involved in money laundering.

He said the final decision will be made by the government. I was in favor of sending Nawaz Sharif out of country and I think whoever wants to go abroad should be allowed to leave.

Sheikh Rashid said that corrupt people have humiliated us. The former Prime Minister should say tomorrow in the APC that he bought Park Lane flats with the looted money.

Continuing he said that no one tried to stop the APC, tomorrow it will be known whether it is APC or ABC. If Nawaz Sharif leaves the assemblies first, then I will assume that the fight has started.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that corrupt politicians have looted this country enough. He said that politicians always try to play politics, unless opposition resign from the assemblies nothing will happen.

He predicted that the position of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in the All Parties Conference would be soft. PML-N and Maulana Fazlur Rehman will be on the same page. Even both sides start a movement, nothing will happen.

The Federal Minister said that the siege was being tightened around Pakistan. FATF legislation has been passed and now there will be no concessions with them.

Prime Minister Imran Khan is out of the coronavirus, India s war and FATF. On FATF legislation, institutions also wanted a middle ground but Imran Khan persisted.

Sheikh Rashid said that Muttahida leader is also wanted by the courts and is a fugitive. London is the headquarters of all fugitives. Muttahida leader, Nawaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar, Salman Shehbaz all are fugitives.

He said if Nawaz Sharif has pain for the country he should announce his return tomorrow. Pakistan should demand British government to return all the fugitives, he added.

He asked the PML-N why Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz had been silent for a year. Shehbaz Sharif will also go to jail and from PML-N, the PML-S will emerge. It is certain that the PML-N will split before December 30.

Federal Minister admitted that there is inflation in the country.
