Members of federal cabinet demand strict punishments for rapists
PM Imran Khasn stressed that such criminals do not deserve any relaxation.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan Tuesday chaired a meeting of the federal cabinet in which the members demanded strict punishments for rapists.
The session discussed the motorway rape incident and PM Imran Khasn stressed that such criminals do not deserve any relaxation. The dignitaries agreed that effective legislation is required over this matter.
The federal cabinet also discussed overall political and economic situation of the country.
Let it be known that PM Imran Khan had Monday said that the Lahore motorway incident has shaken the entire nation and hit us all on a personal level. He said that he personally holds that pedophiles and rapists should be publicly hanged or chemically castrated.
