The long power outage in Peshawar landed the people into an unending misery
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - People in Peshawar are suffering due prolong power outage in the city. With hot weather becoming unbearable for people, the situation gets worse when electricity goes out.
According to details, half of the city is without electricity for the past 12 hours due to fault at the Peshawar City Grid Station while Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) failed to provide electricity to the affected areas from alternative sources.
The long power outage in Peshawar landed the people into an unending misery as people are facing difficulties in their routine life.
The residents of affected areas staged a protest at the Grand Trunk Road (GT Road) and blocked the road by burning tyres. They also demanded of the PESCO to restore electricity.
