Two killed, one injured in road accident, firing incident in Karachi
At least two persons were killed and one other was wounded in different incidents in Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two people were killed and one other was wounded in road accidents and firing incident in various parts of Karachi on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a woman was killed when she was hit by a car in 2 Talwar area of Clifton. The rescue teams shifted the dead body to Jinnah Hospital. The deceased was identified as Naureen w/o Shahzad. The driver of the car managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
A 22-year-old youth was killed when the motorcycle he was riding on was hit by a dumper near Buraq Pump at the Super Highway. The dead body of the youth was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Meanwhile, a man was wounded in firing incident when he offered resistance in a robbery bid in Sarjani Lyari-36 area. Rescue teams shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
On the other hand, police have found a dead body from Gul Town area in the jurisdiction of Alfalah Police Station. The deceased was identified as Asghar Ali. Police also recovered a human skeleton from Hawks bay Scheme 42.
