SC orders to retrieve Kidney Hill Park land, demolish buildings
The apex court has directed Karachi commissioner to regain the land and submit report.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered the authorities to completely retrieve the Kidney Hill Park land, Dunya News reported on Monday.
The apex court has directed Karachi commissioner to regain the land and submit report. The top court also ordered to demolish the private school and homes built on the land.
The Supreme Court further said that the concerned departments may be contacted in order to recover the allottees’ money.
