Punjab Chief Minister holds meeting with PML-Q leadership
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Ally parties of the Punjab government held a meeting to address issues on Wednesday, with the PML-Q leadership putting important matters before Chief Minister Punjab.
Chief Minister Usman Buzdar met with Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema and Member National Assembly Chaudhry Moonis Elahi in the Punjab Assembly Speaker’s chamber, Punjab Law Minister Raja Basharat was also present on the occasion.
Issues of the alliance, overall political situation and Youm-e-Istehsal were discussed during the meeting. The Punjab Chief Minister and Speaker Pervez Elahi condemned the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and both the leaders said that the Pakistani nation stands with the Kashmiris. They urged the international community to come forward and stop Indian aggression.
The PML-Q leadership discussed public welfare schemes and gave some suggestions. They also laid important issues regarding alliance and mutual cooperation before the Chief Minister.
