SC suspends PHC's order to release 196 terrorists
SC has sought details about these 196 terrorists from the federal government.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday has suspended order to release 196 terrorists involved in different attacks.
According to details, the apex court has sought details about these terrorists from the federal government and issued notices to all the parties.
The hearing has been adjourned till July 24.
It is to be mentioned here that Peshawar High Court (PHC) had ordered to release 196 terrorists being trialed in military courts.
