IHC reserves verdict on petition against reconstitution of CDA board
Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that the petitioner should file a complaint on PM Portal
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday reserved verdict on petition challenging appointment of board members of Capital Development Authority (CDA).
During the hearing, Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that the petitioner should file a complaint on Prime Minister Portal and if no one takes action on the complaint, than court should be approached.
Chief Justice told the lawyer that with every petition coming to the court, the pending cases affect the entire judiciary as many cases are already pending in the IHC.
