IHC issues notice to federal govt over dismissal of PTDC employees
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to the federal government for July 22 in the case against dismissal of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) employees.
The High Court has also issued a notice to Chairman PTDC Board Zulfi Bukhari. Justice Amir Farooq of the Islamabad High Court has sought reply from both parties.
The court has directed Secretary Cabinet Division and PTDC Board to submit their replies at the next hearing. The petition seeks annulment of PTDC employees dismissal notifications issued on July 1 and July 7.
