School Education Dept to recommend reopening schools for matric students
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Department of School Education has started working on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggestions for reopening of schools. It will be suggested to allow students of matric to go to schools in first phase.
According to sources, it is proposed to reduce schools hours to just three with faculty only teaching compulsory subjects. In the second phase, opening schools for students of eighth to fifth grade will be considered.
The School Education Department has also sought suggestions from private schools by tomorrow.
