Met Office predicts extreme hot weather on Eid days
Met Office has directed the people to take precautionary measures and avoid unnecessary traveling.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Parts of country including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are experiencing extreme hot weather amid Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations today (Sunday).
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most areas of the country.
The temperature in Lahore has been recorded as 43 degrees Celsius while Karachi and Islamabad will hover around a sweltering 49 degrees Celsius.
The mercury in Srinagar will rise up to 24 degrees Celsius.
