ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken notice of neglect shown in resolving complaints lodged on the Pakistan Citizen Portal, sources privy to the matter informed Dunya News on Wednesday.
It has been learnt that the premier has expressed anger after institutions showed laxity over the matter and ordered investigation against the responsible persons.
Furthermore, it has been decided to reopen one hundred and six thousand complaints as citizens were dissatisfied over their solution.
