Another policeman dies of coronavirus in Punjab
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Another policeman of Punjab Police has died of coronavirus on Saturday, taking the death toll from the virus in the force to two.
According to spokesperson of Lahore Police, Head Constable Ramazan, whose test was conducted on May 11, was receiving treatment in Jinnah Hospital.
The martyred officer who was resident of Mughalpura joined the force 18 years ago. The mourners of the martyr include his wife, three sons and two daughters.
CCPO Lahore has said that a Martyrs package will be recommended for Ramazan to IG Punjab. He also assured that all needs of the victim’s family will be taken care of.
