LAHORE (Dunya News) - Spokesman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has said that there was no intention of arresting Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President and opposition leader Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on April 17.

According to details, the spokesperson said that only detailed answers to a few questions were needed from the opposition leader. He said that the loyalty of NAB officers is solely with the state of Pakistan and each action of ours is in accordance with the constitution and the law.

According to the NAB statement, NAB is a credible national institution and it should not be politicized for personal or political reasons.

It should be noted that Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed had earlier said that the President PML-N Shehbaz Sharif escaped arrest due to him. He said that Shehbaz Sharif is facing serious charges and Prime Minister Imran Khan will not spare the corrupt.
