Must praise rescue officers serving during the pandemic: Pervaiz Elahi
Rescue 1122 department has been active in helping people who are struggling during the coronavirus
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that Rescue 1122 officials have always stood by the nation in times of distress and the nation salutes them for their service.
In a statement by the Speaker, he said that the Rescue 1122 department has been active in helping people who are struggling during the coronavirus pandemic. He said that rescue officials are performing their duties in a superb manner just like officials of Pak Army, Police, Rangers, Doctors and other departments.
The former Chief Minister said that rescue officials are putting their lives on the line while transporting patients to hospitals and quarantine centers as well as during the last rites of the victims after complete disinfection of the body.
He said that Rescue 1122 officials, under the leadership of Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer, are performing their duties admirably and must be appreciated.
