Coronavirus: Balochistan police give a guard of honor to doctors and medical staff

QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan police have on Saturday given a guard of honor to the doctors and other medical staff who have been fighting against the coronavirus pandemic on frontline at the Sheikh Khalifah Bin Zayyad Hospital, Quetta.

Dr. Ghaffar Baloch, the hospital’s executive director, expressed gratitude to the police force for honoring them and vowed that all doctors and medical staff will treat the patients with full commitment and dedication.

The medical staff appointed at the hospital stressed that the coronavirus challenge is not easy at all but they will overcome the epidemic with hard work and determination. They requested all to stay at home as precaution is the only cure.

It is pertinent here to mention that the total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan has surged to 1407 with 490 patients in Punjab, 457 in Sindh, 180 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 131 in Balochistan.
