Patients continue to suffer in Balochistan

Patients in Balochistan, including Quetta, are facing severe problems due to doctors strike.

Doctors in the province are on strike since April 19, demanding increase in their salaries. The out-patients department and operation theatre are closed in the government hospitals and wards are empty due to doctors’ absence. However, doctors are on duty in the emergency wards of Quetta Civil Hospital and BMC Hospital on the appeal of Dunya News anchor Mubashir Luqman.
