Govt is slaughtering Pakistan's economy: Shehbaz Sharif

LONDON (Dunya News) – Shehbaz Sharif has said that if government fails to learn from 6% dive of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), irreparable losses will occur to the economy.

According to details, Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif criticized government over economic situation of the country and said that government is cutting jugular vain of the economy with a two-edged sword as debt increased by Rs32 trillion in just seven months of the financial year.

President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) said that high interest rates have negatively affected pace of business in the country. He also accused government of making profits from flour, sugar, petrol, medicines and dollars instead of taking steps to improve the economic situation of the country.
