Three killed as pick-up plunges into ravine near Peshawar
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – At least three women were killed and 18 other women and children were wounded when a pick-up fell into a deep ravine in Chakdara area near Peshawar on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the pick-up was carrying women and children from Khadgazai Baduwan area of Chakdara to attend a marriage ceremony when it fell into a ravine due to brake failure, killing three women on the spot and injuring 18 other.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital. Rescue sources said that two of the seriously injured women were later shifted to a hospital in Peshawar.
