Khawaja brothers bail plea to be heard by Supreme Court on Feb 24
Petition will be heard by a three-member bench of the SC.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court to take up plea seeking bail of Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Salman Rafique on February 24.
Khawaja brothers knocked the door of apex court after getting rejection from receiving bail in corruption case from LHC. A two-member bench of the court headed by Justice Baqir Ali Najfi announced the reserved verdict in the pleas.
Petition will be heard by a three-member bench of the SC comprising of Justice Maqbool Baqir, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muneeb Akhtar.
