IHC stops NAB from putting Ishaq Dars house on auction

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday has stopped the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from putting former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s house on auction and directed to submit answer till February13.

The court has also issued restraining order in this regard.
It is to be mentioned here that ex-minister Ishaq Dar’s wife, Tabassum Ishaq Dar had challenged the decision of accountability court taken on November 7 to sell their house in Gulberg Lahore.

Advocate Qazi Misbah represented her in court and claimed that the house was gifted to Tabassum Ishaq Dar by her husband on February 14, 1989 and notice regarding the auction was issued without inquiring about her stance.
