Government is making reforms to end corruption in the country: Firdous Ashiq Awan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan said that allies are strength of government and urged members to raise reservations about Chief Minister Punjab with party instead of media.

While addressing a press conference, Firdous said that allies are strength of government as without their support, government cannot advance its agenda of providing relief to the masses.

Special Assistant said that disagreements within party are beauty of democracy and it is right of every member to express his concerns. However, once PM makes a decision, it is responsibility of every member to act on it.

She said that if anyone has reservations regarding CM Punjab, then the issue should be raised in the party instead of the media.

Talking about former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, she said that nation wants to know his platelet count.

She added that dream of Pakistan’s prosperity is linked to Karachi and its PM’s dream to end Sindh’s problems.

She announced that loans will be offered to deprived youth of Sindh.

She added that government is making reforms to end corruption in the country.
