At least 100 huts destroyed in Karachi slums fire
Five fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and brought the fire under control.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A fire that broke out in slums located in Teen Hatti area of Karachi on Tuesday night destroyed at least 100 huts, Dunya News reported.
Five fire brigade vehicles, rescue teams and a large contingent of police reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of two hours.
According to sources, one person was injured due to blaze and was shifted to hospital by rescue teams. Sources further informed that the cause of fire is not yet known.
