Mirpur Mathelo: Two die as passenger coach, truck collide.
MIRPUR MATHELO (Dunya News) – At least two persons died and eight sustained injuries as a passenger coach collided with a truck stationary truck – loaded with sugarcane – on Daharki National Highway in Mirpur Mathelo, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
The dead have been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed and Muhammad Naeem who belonged to Liaquatpur. Two children and women are also among the wounded and have been shifted to hospital.
The bus driver and cleaner both escaped following the collision. According to the traffic police, the accident occurred due to negligence of both drivers. The passenger coach was going to Sadiqabad from Karachi.
