In an interview with a section of the US media, former president Pervez Musharraf said that no one had the right to infringe upon the geographical limits of Pakistan. Violation of the country’s limits was an act of war, he said.Earlier this week, President Obama had said that if the same event arose again, he would do the same and if the same thing happens with other known terrorists of the al Qaeda he would take the same action. So now we have a clear flash point between America and Pakistan.Musharraf said that this approach was putting the Pakistan leadership and the government on the dock and it was not a very responsible statement.He said that no country had the right to intrude into any other country. “If you see it technically or legally, its an act of war. Hence, I think that its a very irresponsible statement and I think such arrogance should not be shown,” he said.
