Renowned Naat Khawan Yousuf Memon passes away
Yousuf Memon funeral prayers will be held in Karachi after Zuhr prayers on Monday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Renowned Naat Khawan Al-Haj Muhammad Yousuf Memon passed away in Karachi on Sunday after a long battle with illness, Dunya News reported. He was 60.
According to Yousuf Memon s son Hussain Memon, his father had a problem while breathing and was undergoing treatment for it. The deceased left behind a wife, two sons and one daughter.
Known for his unique style and the love for Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), Yousuf Memon had taken part in numerous gatherings where he recited poems in praise of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). A few famous naats recited by him included Meraj Walet Aaqa Mann Mein Basaun and Meray Kamli Walay Ki Shaan Hi Nirali Hai .
