Five killed in road mishap in Dera Ismail Khan
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Dunya News) – At least five persons were killed and two other sustained injuries when two motorcycles collided in Dera Ismail Khan on Friday, Dunya News reported.
According to eye-witnesses, the accident was so severe that all the victims died before getting any medical treatment. They also informed that a woman and two children were among the dead.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
Road accidents are quite common in Pakistan, making it one of the hazardous countries. Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
