Incarcerated Khurshid Shah discharged from Polyclinic hospital.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Khurshid Shah has on Friday been discharged from Federal Government Services Hospital, popularly known as Polyclinic.

Doctors at the hospital declared Khurshid Shah – who is on transit remand till September 21 – fit to travel to Sukkur and the PPP leader has been moved to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi office.

Khurshid Shah was shifted to the Polyclinic hospital on Thursday after his condition worsened in NAB custody owing to respiratory issues. He was arrested by the anti-graft body in assets beyond known source of income case on Wednesday.

The anti-corruption watchdog will shift the PPP leader to Sukkur today via PIA flight PK-631 – scheduled to depart from Islamabad at 07:00 PM.

On the other hand, Shahida Rehmani, Mussarat Rafiq Mahesar and other PPP leaders reached the Polyclinic but were not allowed to meet Khurshid Shah by the NAB officials.
