Shehbaz refuses to listen to Kalsoom Parveen for attending govt dinner
PML-N president has advised the senator to submit her explanation to disciplinary committee.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday has refused to listen to senator Kalsoom Parveen for attending dinner party arranged by incumbent government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on July 23.
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president has advised the senator to submit her explanation to disciplinary committee, saying that deviating from party line will not be accepted.
On the other hand, former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and other senators have already advised Kalsoom Parveen to tender her resignation.
However, sources told that the senator is once again adamant over supporting Sadiq Sanjrani in opposition’s no-confidence motion.
