Two killed in road mishap in Jampur
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
JAMPUR (Dunya News) – Two persons were killed and a minor girl was wounded when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a bus near Jampur Bypass on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to eye-witnesses, the accident was so severe that both persons died on the spot. They were of the view that the accident occurred due to over-speeding.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor road conditions, badly maintained vehicles, unawareness of traffic rules and reckless driving.
