One percent tax filers bearing weight of 220 million Pakistanis: PM Imran
The premier said that no country can serve its people if they dont pay tax.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Friday has revealed that only one percent tax filers in the country are bearing the weight of 220 million Pakistanis.
In a social networking website Facebook post, the premier said that no country can serve its people if they don’t pay tax.
The government is unable to construct hospitals, schools and basic infrastructure for the masses as they are not paying the tax, he added.
