Hafeez Shaikh to chair ECC meeting today
Rs 15 billion to Rs 20 billion are likely to be approved for Market Support Fund during ECC meeting.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh will preside over the meeting of Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) in Islamabad today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
Sources said that funds can be approved for the protection of stock market investors in the meeting while Rs 15 billion to Rs 20 billion are likely to be approved for Market Support Fund.
Sources further informed that the issue of supplementary grant for various government departments is also part to ECC meeting agenda.
