Shah Mehmood Qureshi arrives in Saudi Arabia to attend OIC summit
Qureshi said on the sidelines, he will meet other counterparts, and also OIC's Secretary General.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday has arrived in Saudi Arabia to attend meeting of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Council of Foreign Ministers.
Chief of Protocol of Saudi foreign ministry Jamal Nasir and Pakistan’s Ambassador Raja Ali Ijaz received him at the King Abdulaziz Airport Jeddah.
Talking to media before his departure, the minister said that the agenda of OIC leader’s session will be finalised in this meeting while situation of Middle East and the rising tensions in Iran will also be discussed.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on the sidelines, he will meet other counterparts, and also OIC’s Secretary General.
He said the session of Kashmir Contact Group is also expected in which the participants will share their view points. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan will also participate in a Summit.
