Karachi: One terrorist killed in exchange of fire with police
Two police officials were also wounded in exchange of fire with terrorists.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least one terrorist was killed in exchange of fire with police in Karachi on late Friday night while three of his accomplices managed to escape from the scene, Dunya News reported.
According to details, four terrorists riding on two motorcycles hurled a hand grenade on police mobile near Chakar Hotel at the Super Highway and then opened fire. Police returned the fire as a result one terrorist was killed while the other three managed to escape.
Briefing the media, SSP Malir said that two police officials were also wounded in exchange of fire with terrorists. The injured policemen were identified as ASI Hayat and constable Azmat. He also said that police mobile was partially damaged in the attack.
