ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Accountability Court has summoned 13 accused in third reference of a case pertaining to fake accounts.
The court extended the physical remand of Nodero House in charge Nadeem Bhutto by 7 days while the remand of Dr Dinsha and Jameel Baloch was extended by 10 days.
The judge of Accountability Court Arshad Malik heard 3rd reference of fake accounts case. NAB apprised the court that accused got contract from Sindh government illegally. NAB said accused Ijaz Ahmad along with Hassan Ali Memon and Ali Akbar gave benefits to the contractors.
NAB also told the court that Abdul Ghani bought a plot in the name of benami account holder Minhal Majeed. The DHA plot has been confiscated by NAB. The judge then ordered Adul Ghani, Minhal Majeed and Ijaz to appear before court on May20.
On the other hand NAB revealed important information about the welfare plots of Dr Dinsha and asked court to extend the remand in order to recover the record.
The lawyer of Dr Dinsha in counter argument said NAB has no evident against his client. NAB also asked court to extend the physical remand of Deputy Director land Jameel Ahmad. Accountability court extended the physical remand of accused by 10 days and adjourned the hearing.
