PM Imran to chair federal cabinet meeting today

Federal cabinet meeting will be held at the Prime Ministers office to discuss a 20-point agenda.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over the federal cabinet meeting today (Tuesday) in Islamabad, Dunya News reported. The meeting will review the current political and economic situation in the country.

The federal cabinet meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s office to discuss a 20-point agenda. PM Imran will take members of his cabinet into confidence about recently concluded visit by the Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.

Finance Minister Asad Umar will brief the cabinet on the MoUs signed between Pakistan and Malaysia. The cabinet will review the extension of the "New Delhi Bus Service" agreement.

The summary reconstitution of the Economic Board and Karachi Infrastructure Development Board will also come under discussion during the meeting.

The federal cabinet will also review reconstitution of the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee. The federal cabinet will also discuss the matter pertaining to the illegal appointments in PTDC.
