Summary An anti-terrorism court heard the Mumbai attack case in Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, on Saturday.
The court has reserved the decision until April 30 on a petition seeking omission of names of accused Ajmal Kasab and Faheem Ansari in Mumbai attack case. FIA lawyer Ch. Azhar while giving his arguments said that lawyers of other accused Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi could not file a petition for exclusion of names of Kasab and Ansari from the case because they were not their (Kasab and Ansari) lawyers. After the completion of arguments, the court reserved the decision until April 30.
