SC forms seven benches for next week to hear important cases
Five benches have been at the principal seat Islamabad while two at Lahore and Karachi Registries.
ISLAMABAD (APP):Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa has constituted five benches at the principal seat Islamabad while two benches were formed at Lahore and Karachi SC Branch Registries to hear a number of important cases during the next week, starting today (Monday).
The first bench comprising CJP Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Sajjad Ali Shah and Justice Yahya Afridi while the 2nd bench Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan.
The third bench comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Faisal Arab.
Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Munib Akhtar make up the fourth bench, while the fifth bench will consist of Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel.
