Senate, PA pass resolution appreciating role of Pakistani women
Minority member Krishna being honored by Chairman Sanjrani led the proceedings of the House.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Senate and Punjab Assembly on Friday has passed a resolution commending the role of Pakistani women in the nation building.
In Senate, the resolution moved by Nuzhat Sadiq on the occasion of International Women Day, demanded that concretes steps should be taken for women empowerment.
Meanwhile, minority member Krishna Kumari being honored by Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani led the proceedings of the House and expressed his determination towards the development of the country.
Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani lauded the contributions of Pakistani women in different fields including politics and sports.
He said such an environment should be created that enables our women to move forward without any impediment.
