The 2-member bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) comprising Justice Ijaz Afzal and Justice Mazhar Alam heard the plane crash case.Talking to the media after the hearing of the case, Marvi said that it was very important that the court had ordered to submit the detail of Airblue planes. She said that the public wanted to know about the report of Airblue plane crash. It is pertinent to mention that a Russian airline had grounded 70 planes of this model before Airblue incident, however, these planes were still being used in Pakistan.
