Summary A full bench of LHC, headed by Chief Justice Ejaz Chaudhry, initiated hearing on Rehman Malik disqualification case.
The court sought record against Rehman Malik from NAB and adjourned the hearing until April 22. The counsel for Rehman Malik Barrister Farooq Hassan also completed his arguments.Meanwhile, Imtiaz Qureshi filed a petition in the LHC and pleaded that Gazhi Ilm-ud-Din Case should be reopened and he should be declared a national hero.Separately, the LHC Chief Justice issued a stay order against show cause notices which were underway against the PCS officers.
