The petition was filed in Lahore High Court (LHC).

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Zeeshan’s brother has on Thursday challenged the decision of not forming a judicial commission to probe into Sahiwal incident in Lahore High Court (LHC).

Ehtisham requested the court to form the judicial commission. He demanded to file a case against the murderers and to declare Zeeshan innocent. The petitioner opted the stance that his brother was an honourable man.

On the other hand, investigations are being carried out regarding the case and weapons including four rifles and three 9mm pistols used by the arrested officials have been handed over to Punjab Forensic Science Agency.

Furthermore, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) had on Wednesday (yesterday) approved a 15-day remand of six suspects involved in the incident.

It is pertinent here to mention that the CTD officials had earlier killed four people, including a couple and their teenage daughter, and injured a teenage son in a suspicious ‘encounter’ on GT Road near Sahiwal.
