Reference against ex-PM: Court declares co-accused Arif Alaudin PO

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An accountability court on Wednesday declared Arif Alaudin, co-accused in reference against former prime minister Shaukat Aziz, proclaimed offender (PO).
The accountability court judge resumed hearing of the reference against former prime minister Shaukat Aziz.
In today’s proceedings, the court declared Arif Alaudin proclaimed offender.
The court ordered the Investigation Officer (IO) to present Shaukat Aziz’s implementation report.
The court had ordered the former PM to appear before the court in 30 days.
No reply was submitted in the court by Shaukat Aziz.
The court then adjourned the hearing till January 16.
