Mobile phone service to remain suspended in parts of country
The cellular services in different parts of the country will remain suspended on Wednesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The cellular services in different parts of the country will remain suspended on Wednesday as the nation is observing Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
Mobile phone service will remain suspended across Sindh on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH). Sindh home department has asked the federal government to suspend mobile phone service from 6:00am to 11:00am in the province.
According to secretary Sindh home department, cellular services in Saddar, Korangi, Malir and New Karachi will remain suspended to avoid any untoward incident in the city.
On the other hand, authorities have banned pillion riding in Quetta while mobile phone service in Quetta will remain suspended from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Tuesday.
