Educational institutes in Punjab to reopen today

LAHORE (Dunya News) – All schools and colleges across Punjab will reopen today (Saturday) after remaining closed for two days in the wake of protests after the Supreme Court acquitted Aasiya Bibi in the blasphemy case.
The announcement to reopen educational institutes in Punjab was made after Tehreek–e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) called off sit-in protest on Friday night after successful negotiations with the Punjab government officials in Lahore.
A spokesman of Schools and Higher Education Department said that all the educational institutes in the province will reopen today and urged parents to send their children to schools and colleges today.
