Nawaz Sharif presided over partys consultative meeting here in Islamabad today.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif has decided not to attend opposition’s all parties conference (APC), sources privy to Punjab-based party told our correspondent.

As per details garnered, Nawaz Sharif presided over party’s consultative meeting here in Islamabad today.

However, a delegation of PML-N will attend the APC. It has also been decided that PML-N will support other opposition parties on issues of national importance.

Earlier today, the supremo arrived at the Parliament House where Shehbaz Sharif greeted him. The duo reviewed country’s overall political situation.

On the other hand, a parliamentary meeting of the PML-N is scheduled to take place in the chamber of Shehbaz Sharif after session of National Assembly (NA).

Nawaz’s decision came few days after Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari sent message of reconciliation to the former in his presser.

Yesterday, Leader of Opposition Shehbaz Sharif and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari returned to the NA together after a token boycott by the opposition over failing to produce party president and Leader of the Opposition Shehbaz Sharif in the lower house of the parliament on time.

The opposition ended boycott of the NA session after Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi convinced them to return to the assembly.
