A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chadhry would start the hearing on the case today.The Supreme Court had summoned the notices to the Attorney General including Advocate General Sindh, President Supreme Court Bar, Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council and Sindh Bar Council to assist the court in the case.The Supreme Court had taken the suo moto notice on statements against the Judiciary, strike in Sindh and resolution passed in the Sindh Assembly regarding Deedar Hussain Shah Case while it also took the suo moto notice of the violent activities and protest after the decision of Deedar’s removal and sought report from the Sindh Chief Secretary.
