Anti-judiciary slogans: ATC dismisses pre-arrest bails of four accused
After rejection of pleas, all four accused were arrested.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad on Monday dismissed pre-arrest bail pleas of four accused in case pertaining to anti-judiciary slogans.
As per details garnered, the judge Shahrukh resumed hearing of the case here in Islamabad today whereas all four accused including Ansar Abbas, Abdur Rehman , Raja Zaheer and Touqeer Abbasi appeared before the court. All four accused are member of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
After rejection of pleas, all four accused were arrested.
During protest against alleged rigging in General Elections outside Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the members of PPP raised anti-judiciary slogans.
