Moonis Elahis physical remand extended for four days

A local court, on Monday extended the remand of the PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi for another four days.

During the hearing of a case in a local court, Moonis Elahi said that he had been on a 10 day physical remand but so far the FIA had not been able to provide any evidence against him. The FIA requested the court to extend that physical remand for further investigation and said that in the next appearance the court would be informed about the progress of the case.Earlier, when Moonis Elahi arrived in the court, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid workers showered him with rose petals and chanted slogans in his favour.
